Trinity Bruning 

Hi, I’m Trinity! I’m excited to offer cross training classes and 1 on 1 sessions at the newest addition to The Muscle Bar: The Pit. Classes will include a mix of high intensity cardio, body weight exercises, lifting, gymnastics, and more. Anyone at any level is encouraged to join, adjustments can be made for any ability or skill level.

A little about me: I was a CrossFit athlete for about 9 years, lifting heavy is my absolute favorite thing to do in the gym, and I have the best gym playlist ever!

Stefan Wehmeyer is a dedicated fitness coach who is dedicated to help everyday people build sustainable muscle, lose body fat, and develop confidence both inside and outside the gym. Emphasizing the benefits of strength training, functional fitness, and tailored nutrition guidance, Stefan combines science-based training with real-world application to deliver lasting results.

He offers both in-person coaching at The Muscle Bar and online consultations for clients looking for customized workout programs, accountability, and lifestyle strategies that fit their schedule. Stefan’s passion is helping people not just train harder, but train smarter—building strength that carries over into every part of life.

As a busy father of four, Stefan understands the challenges of balancing family, work, and health. He takes a faith-based approach to wellness, believing that true fitness is about more than just the body—it’s about nurturing strength in mind, spirit, and community.
