My story is a little different than most trainers, in the last year and a half I have lost 135 pounds and completely transformed my body, mind and soul through hard work, good food and an intense commitment to wellness! I’ve been in your shoes, I know the struggles and will be here to help you every step of the way! With focus on personal training, I’m also excited to offer group classes.
